Immersive sound bath sessions using gongs, crystal singing bowls & percussion — designed to melt away stress and restore your nervous system.
A sound bath is a deeply restful, meditative experience where you are gently bathed in layers of live sound. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and ocean drums to wash over you.
There is nothing to do, nothing to fix, and nothing to achieve. The sound does the work — gently guiding your nervous system into a state of profound rest, stillness, and renewal.
Sound frequencies guide your brainwaves into theta and delta states — the same restorative states reached in deep sleep and meditation.
Move from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest. Leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded than when you arrived.
Clients consistently report improved mental clarity, an uplifted mood, and a renewed sense of energy following each session.
Regular sound therapy has been shown to significantly improve sleep quality, helping you fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply.
Sound provides a safe, gentle space for emotional processing. Many people leave feeling a profound sense of release and lightness.
Step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself — your intuition, your body, and your sense of stillness within.
Our flagship 60-minute group sound bath. Lie back, surrender to the sound, and let the vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and ocean drums carry you into deep stillness.
Special themed sessions aligned with the seasons, solstices, and moon cycles. Each one a unique, curated experience crafted around the energy of the moment.
Movement meets stillness. Begin with a guided Pilates session to open and activate the body, then surrender into a deeply restorative sound bath to close.
Bring the experience to you. Roxy offers private sessions for individuals, groups, hen parties, corporate wellness days, and retreats. Tailored to your needs.

I'm Roxy Puianu — a certified sound therapist, and the founder of Soundscape. I created these sessions out of my own need for stillness in a fast-moving world. Sound found me, transformed me, and now I hold that same space for others.
Every session is crafted with deep intention — weaving gongs, crystal singing bowls, and ocean drums into a journey that meets you exactly where you are. You don't need a meditation practice or spiritual background. You simply need to show up and be willing to rest.
Every session is performed live. No speakers, no playlists. The instruments fill the room with real resonance that you feel as much as you hear.
Roxy creates a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment. Whether it's your first time or your fiftieth, you will always feel welcome.
Intimate sessions in Twickenham with limited spaces — so you receive a personal, focused experience, not a crowded hall.
Sessions are thoughtfully designed around frequency, flow, and feeling — not simply playing instruments. Every sound has purpose.
I arrived feeling completely wrung out from the week and left feeling like I'd had eight hours of sleep. It was unlike anything I've ever experienced. I'm already booked for next month.
I was sceptical at first — I'd never done anything like this. But Roxy's warmth and the beauty of the sounds completely swept me away. I cried. In the best possible way.
We booked Roxy for our team wellness day and it was the most powerful hour of stillness our team has ever shared together. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
The Pilates and sound bath combination is pure genius. My body was opened and then deeply rested in one evening. I left feeling taller, lighter, and completely at peace.
I've been to several sound baths and Roxy's are simply the best I've experienced. Her skill, her presence, and the care she puts into each session is extraordinary.
I booked Roxy for my hen do and it was the most beautiful, memorable experience. Every single one of my friends still talks about it. So much love for what she does.
Not at all. Sound baths require nothing from you except the ability to lie down and be open to the experience. No meditation practice, no yoga background, no spiritual belief system — just a willingness to rest.
Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion for your head, and a blanket to keep warm. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. You'll be lying down for the majority of the session, so comfort is key.
Absolutely — and it's actually a wonderful sign. Falling asleep during a sound bath often means your body is deeply receiving the vibrations. You'll still benefit from the session even if you drift off.
Sound baths are safe for most people. However, if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have epilepsy, or have a sound sensitivity condition, please consult with a health professional first and let Roxy know in advance.
